Nicholas is 24 weeks old today and not a baby anymore. Yesterday he wore his new shoes for the first time and tried to sit up (and managed to for a few seconds) all on his own.

(Sitting up)And he tried rice cereal for the first time this morning! I'm fairly confident that more came out than when in, if that's even possible. But he seemed to have a lot of fun with it once he got used to it, and definitely liked chewing on the spoon (we're still waiting for those first teeth to arrive).
Here are a few pictures and videos of the momentous occasion. The videos are kind of long, so I'm guessing only Nicholas's grandparents will watch them all the way through. :-)
